Paid for our unit got our stuff out week later early. No problem with that one but the previous unit had one small issue on ceiling which I'm sure they will just put white tape over it and rent it out again. Which they did. When we moved into the first unit the light never worked even after telling the mgnt. being told several times it didnt.. there was already other damage from previous renters. White industrial tape on several spots, ]previous damage not from us.. we were never late for paying for our units. Cleaned them out good. But they kept our deposit for for 1 issue from other unit, which already had damage before us. Guy was supposed to call my husband never did. So they were keeping our deposit from 6 months ago on other unit. Recent one was good but the other one he wants to hold us accountable for damage we didn't do.. talking about it would cost him thousands of dollars to replace ceiling. I'm pretty sure repairs that expensive are not taking place. Being there was already white duck tape on ceiling. And our new unit had flooded the last storm a month back. Woman beside us nearly lost all her belongings.. water came far into the units. So all said they kept our 25$ deposit plus 75$ for our stuff being stored 1 week.. you figure they could at least come off the 25$.. won't do business ever again with them. They full of it when they say they have to replace ceilings in 2 units because a small poke in one. Like I said,I saw generic repairs that no contractor would be needed to fix.. got pictures of water flooding the storage grounds. Word to wise take pictures of everything. They seem a bit shady.. . Hopefully won't need a lawyer!!
They are a decent business to deal with. But they do have a habit of calling from different numbers at times which I think it's a bit sneaky and unprofessional. But overall they are ok.
